Shipping & PICK UP

  • Standard Shipping

We offer standard shipping rates that are calculated based off of order weight via various shipping partners. Orders using Standard Shipping ship from our warehouse in 10-12 business days + however many days in transit.

  • Rush Shipping

We offer rush order shipping that is calculated based off of order weight via various shipping partners. Orders using Rush Order Shipping ship from our warehouse in 6-8 business days + however many days in transit.

  • Local Pick-Up

We offer a pick-up option to our local customers here in Minnesota or those willing to make the drive! We are located in Fridley, Minnesota.

Returns & REFUNDS

Since all of the products that we ship to our customers have been customized, we do not offer full refunds or returns. However, we strive to make all of our customers happy so if you have an issue with you order, please contact us at [email protected].

  • Misprint/Spoilage allowance rate is 2 pieces or 2%, whichever is greater.

If you receive your order and it has discrepancies, we’ll either give you a refund or a credit equal to two piece or 2% of your total order, whichever is greater.

Standard Production for screen-printed products is 10-12 business days from the point an order is placed. Embroidery is 10-15 business days.
